Digital Transformation and Why it's Essential for Government Services

Digital technology is fundamentally transforming the way the public sector operates. From service design and delivery through to communication, every aspect of government function and performance is being impacted by technology.

Understanding the role of digital transformation in government services was the key topic discussed and debated at the inaugural Government Services Forum at the World Government Summit in Dubai in Feburary 2019.
