With a mission to drive excellence across government services worldwide by highlighting current best practices and emerging trends, GX Case Studies is being launched as a thought leadership and knowledge sharing series by the ‘GX-Government Experience’ digital platform GX.ae.
The first case study in this series deals with the UAE’s Federal “Happiness Meter”. This initiative was identified based on its successful execution of real-time and nation-wide government services feedback system with predictive analytics capabilities. This case study highlights the customer and government services interaction, and the way that the innovative application is helping to address challenges arising due to lack of consistent data and real-time feedback. This case study has been developed in knowledge partnership with the Applied Innovation Institute (AII).
