GX Talks: Careem CEO Mudassir Sheikha on Experience First and the Evolving Public-Private Partnership

In the latest GX Talks, a dialogue series created and hosted by the Prime Minister’s Office of the UAE, Mudassir Sheikha, CEO and Co-founder of Careem, shared the success story of the region’s leading ride-hailing service and why customer experience matters most. 

With more than 30 million customers and 1.2 million jobs created across the Middle East, Careem is driven by an overarching mission. “What drives us in achieving all of this is what we call our mission, our purpose: to simplify and improve the lives of people and to inspire."

 According to Sheikha, delivering a world-class service all starts with reliability. “If you are not able to deliver a reliable service, you are not building trust with people,” he said.
