In Davos at the World Economic Forum conference, Singapore’s government published a new AI governance framework that will help guide them to drive ethical and responsible AI deployments. They have shared a live document open for public consultation or feedback, which is also intended to be agile and expected to be developed alongside adoption.
- The main idea behind the framework is to ensure AI solutions are human-centric, and it provides practical guidance to organizations deploying AI systems at scale.
- The framework maps out the key ethical principles and practices in four areas: internal governance structures and measures, risk management in autonomous decision-making, operations management, and customer relationship management.
